By using this website and sending a booking request, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book.

About this website

  • • This website is operated by The Overlander Indonesia. It lets you browse destinations and tour packages, read reviews, and send booking requests.
  • • Sending a request on the website does not by itself confirm a trip. A trip is confirmed once our team agrees the details with you on WhatsApp.

Accounts

  • • You need an account to send a booking request or post a review. Please give accurate information and keep your password private.
  • • You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Bookings, availability and prices

  • • Some departures have limited seats. The availability shown on a package page is a guide, and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
  • • Prices depend on the route, the plan and your group size, and are confirmed with you by our team. Each plan covers what is listed on its package page.
  • • Itineraries and timings may be adjusted for safety, weather, road or volcanic conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Payment

  • • Payment is arranged directly with our team on WhatsApp after your request is received. The website does not process payments.

Changes and cancellations

  • • You can edit or cancel a reservation from My Bookings up to 14 days before the trip date.
  • • Within 14 days of departure, changes and cancellations are handled by our team on WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities as a traveler

  • • Outdoor trips such as volcano hikes involve physical effort and natural risks. Please follow your guide's instructions and tell us about any health conditions that may affect your trip.
  • • Respect local culture, sacred sites and the environment during your trip.

Reviews and content

  • • Reviews you post must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated.
  • • Photos and text on this website belong to The Overlander Indonesia or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

  • • We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

  • • We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
